A charter is usually booked far in advance as part of the package travel while private flights scheduled to leave on a regular basis with tickets purchased before departure from the public. Most charter jet service is full tour companies to book charter flights as part of the package includes accommodation, apartments and other activities of a whole holiday.
Tour companies chartered an aircraft for a particular route and day and to sell seats.
